Work on InfoBox auto height/width

Needs to handle a rare case: The InfoBox's height and/or width is set to a fixed number using the styles config and this number is greater than the height and/or width of the map.

To test: Go to http://www.nps.gov/planyourvisit/civilwar and resize the map window so that it is smaller than ~300px tall then click on a point on the map.
