Add text burn into video

For generating short clips / adding captions directly to video. Would be great for sharing / replacing things like Headliner.

E.g. https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/moviepy-inserting-text-in-the-video/, and the captions are already in the config, so shouldn't be too hard.
