Update NATS.Client.Hosting package as NATS.Extensions.Microsoft.DependencyInjection

Update NATS.Client.Hosting package as NATS.Extensions.Microsoft.DependencyInjection and mark NATS.Client.Hosting obsolete.

Confusing for new users on NuGet search results. Also x.Extensions.Microsoft.DependencyInjection seems to be the convention.
