Additional knobs on the DPS simulator:

  • Target's block chance
  • Does target have parry (if so, isn't this always 30%)?

Non-guns would then be affected by these and do lower average dps when the target blocks or parries, and the cameo belt would be understood and could be used by the optimizer to remove that loss.

Does increased animation time for blocked attacks need to be modeled? Probably.

Parry when a mob is defending is 25% (parry when a player is defending is 30%). Mob block varies from 0 to... the highest seems to be flowering cactoid with 40%?
