Why nearly no solutions for the exercises!?

The book says that the solution for the exercises are on GitHub but that's not really true :( Only the occasional solution can be found here ... why not all? It wouldn't have been that hard, right?

I had hoped I would get more contributions from the community. I am working on adding them as I have time. If you need a specific exercise answer, leave an issue and I'll make sure to get to those first.
