Tab block not removed when a tab is removed

Hi @naumanahmed19, thanks for sharing this project, I'm building a pretty similar block and used yours as inspiration.

I'm seeing an issue that I'm not sure how to fix, and it's that when I remove a tab, the corresponding Tab Block (tab content) doesn't get removed, do you know how to fix it?

I see you added a comment here but it seems it doesn't work, could you help me please?
