Environment

  • Nautobot version: 1.3.3
  • ipfabric version: 1.1.4

Expected Behavior

Plugin should be named 'Nautobot ChatOps IPFabric'

Observed Behavior

Plugins > Installed Plugins
Package is named 'IPFabric' with description 'Nautobot Chatops IPFabric'

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins
