when using a custom list, not all the words in the list are recognized/highlighted

Expected behavior
All the words in the list should be highlighted
Actual behavior
Some words are highlighted, some are not

Do you have an example of this? Could it be stopword related?

I will add some screenshots with my wordlist and the text in which particular words are not highlighted. I don't think it is stopword related, but I am not sure. My wordlist does contain a lot of word groups, could that be the problem?
The word 'later' (117) is not recognized in the text.
The word 'inmiddels' (173) is not recognized.
The word 'even' (160) is not recognized.
When using a Halliday list, a lot of the auxiliaries (which are in my word list) are not recognized as well. Could this be related to the same issue as in the actions widget?
