Make it possible to assign names to ip addresses

Not everyone knows his ip address by heart

Instead of saving the server addresses in the serverpinger.properties i will make an extra file (servers.config) with ip addresses in the following or a similar format:

127.0.0.1 = navo.pw
1.1.1.1 = Cloudflare

Just use domains, issue closed.
