Cannot send messages - error 0 while sending

Device- Samsung Galaxy F23 5G
Whenever I try sending any message with a popup in bottom "can't send message with airtel, error 0".
RCS is connected and I am able to receive messages.
Sometimes the other person is able to receive message but in my side it always shows failed.

Issue exist on other gsi too ?

Yes, happens with all A14 GSI.

The same behavior here with Galaxy S20 5G and current GSI

With 10.5 sending sms is working again. Did the maintainer fix this problem?
