Add input field for .well-known Identity-Provider URI

Please add a input field in the web-interface of the oidc-debugger which allows to enter the .well-known Identity-Provider URI.
Information like "Authorize URI", "Response type", "Response mode",etc. should be extracted from the JSON returned by a request to the .well-known Identity-Provider URI.
