Hi!

I packaged citop (and now cistern) for conda-forge, and wanted to let you know that it is working on windows too (this is the PR activating it).

There are still a few issues with cistern on Windows that I need to fix (for example cistern relies on less to view logs). As a first step I've just changed the configuration of the CI pipeline to run unit tests on Windows (in addition to Linux and macOS): 6d4c249 This should at least help prevent regressions.
