I followed the steps but I can't connect using the windows 11 cmd
PS C:\Users\A> esptool read_flash 0x00000 0x400000 firmware.bin
esptool.py v4.7.0
Found 1 serial ports
Serial port COM3
Connecting......................................
COM3 failed to connect: Failed to connect to Espressif device: No serial data received.
