I did the release build for v1.0.2 against Terraform 0.12.0-rc1 because I didn't realize the official release was published this past week. I must have crawled under a rock for most of the week or something. 😄

Still... it'll probably work fine. I just didn't want to label 1.0.x as the latest until Terraform Core 0.12.0 was official.
