Create a form to automate the url creation with new redirectfile.md.

Form should contain:

Name of redirection
Author (option automatically by AAD Signed-in?)
Redirect URL

Options (or another form)

UTM Campaign
UTM Source (email marketing, Paid Search, Social, Paid Social, Other Campaign)
UTM Medium
UTM Term
UTM Content
