PubSubHubbub support?

I know the reader has a "Powerfull reactive aggregator daemon", but if it supported PubSubhubbub (that's an open protocol to enable push between feed publishers and consumers), it would be even more powerful and faster :)

in fact it's already under the hood. But... it's not yet well tested. It's on my very long todo list :)

You can "crash testing" the feature by setting up the APP_PSHB_ENABLED environment variable.
