None of the panels work in Internet Explorer

This is because /js/intro.js uses window.scrollY which is not supported in Internet Explorer, so the script thinks all the panels are not in view. However, window.pageYOffset returns the same value and is supported in Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox.
