Unhandled Exception Error

Came by this issue a while ago, forgot to report it.

The following file:
https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/blob/master/libavcodec/cinepak.c

When given to VCG triggers a unhandled exception.
At this point the current scan freezes/halts but the main program does not terminate.
