Set up DNS records according to docs but can't reach the rebinder.mydomain.tld:8080/manager.html

I set up the dynamic.mydomain.com as nameserver for my domain.

I also set rebinder.mydomain.com as well as *.mydomain.com as A records.

Ran,

But I still can't reach rebinder.mydomain.com:8080/manager.html

What could be causing this issue?
