Remember empty scroll mode shortcut between launches

Hello there. I've been using Vimac for a while and really love the software. Thank you all for your work on it ❤️

I don't use the scroll mode feature and its keyboard shortcut is already mapped to something else in an app I used often.

To disable scroll mode, I deleted its shortcut:

This setting does not seem to persist across launches. In particular, every time I restart my Mac, I need to remove it again.

It would be great to have a preference for disabling scroll mode that is persisted.
