Currently, instructions for the use of MOSRS with Rose/Cylc at NCI include setting up $HOME/.gnupg/gpg-agent-conf as follows.
$ cat .gnupg/gpg-agent.conf
allow-preset-passphrase
max-cache-ttl 43200
Both mosrs-setup and mosrs-auth should check this file and configure it correctly before starting GPG Agent.
