Data Standards' representation of the data model is missing some assays, including:
- scATAcseq levels 2-4
- scDNAseq, all levels (1 & 2)
- Hi-C, all levels (1-3)
- Bulk Methylation sequencing, all levels (1-3)
- snmC-seq, all levels (1 & 2)
- RPPA, all levels (1-3)
- Spatial Transcriptomics, GeoMX (levels 1 &3)
- Spatial Transcriptomics, Xenium
- Spatial Transcriptomics, CosMx SMI
- Biospecimen Tier 2
- Accessory (possibly not needed)
