provide some initial background music

a simple loop of just 1 simple song as background music (which we can use once the technical support is there)

English please; if you have some good music, do upload the file to the data/ folder.
I'll split this issue up into two parts:

1. a song
2. the ability to play a song.

Please note that we probably won't support mp3 because pygame doesn't seem to support it.

So please use the .ogg format for compressed audio.
