Filtering checklists should change export

Per a request from one of the users, in Apollo 2 applying filters to a checklist filtered what appeared in the checklist (e.g. if you filtered by location from 1000 participants to 50 on the checklist page, hitting the export button would only export those 50 participants). This seems to no longer be occurring for Apollo 3

Filtering now determines what is exported the all 3 exports for the checklist page
