Manage process kill and document process stopping

Currently you could make an update and kill the process in the middle of the process, especially when involving a ton of documents which makes the reindexing operation pretty long.

During this kind of operation, we should not allow the process to be killed normally on SIGTERM. We may want to either continue or rollback the current operation depending on the conditions.
