Update deps while testing on Windows

Deps are out of date, but they need to be checked on Windows too. This should happen while #21 is being worked on.

Lets do this as the very last step @mihaidma I notice a lot of warnings, this should hopefully clear them up.

issue #15 was merged with this issue but it is not windows specific, and I am getting this error as well on a Mac
