Autoload event subscribers in Solidus, extensions and rails app

There's an open PR on Solidus that is almost done that autoloads event subscribers in Solidus core and in the rails app when placed under app/subscribers, will need to open a corresponding PR on Solidus support for autloading subscribers included in extensions.
