当我们在设置中更改设置时，会使页面刷新。

把所有设置创建为一个Context，在Layout中使用它的Provider，在要更改/使用的地方导入它。
Describe alternatives you've considered
也可以更改设置时使所有组件强制刷新，但这样太慢了。

我知道这并不很简单，但这能使用户体验更好。
