当在设置中更改语言后，侧边栏的语言不会立即跟着更改。
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'setting'
- Click on 'expand sidebar'
- Change language
- See error
Expected behavior
当在设置中更改语言时，侧边栏也跟着更改。

可能是由于侧边栏未被provider包裹？

Fixed.
On sidebar every click, use new tools and not the "realTools" state.
States won't be change.
