在访问扩展工具时无法计入最常工具和最近工具

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any tool
  2. Back to home
  3. Scroll down to 'most used tools' or 'recently used tools'
  4. See error

Expected behavior
在访问扩展工具时也能计入最常工具和最近工具
