Cannot connect to the service

Buyed in the last day an Renpho Scale because i saw its compatible, sadly im unable to connect it. Where can i find any log? because the error message "Cannot connect to the service" is not really mutch to find out why its not working :(
+1 on this. I do have the old Renpho account and app and I tried to set it up with a proxy and without. Still getting a "Cannot connect to service".
Same here, cannot connect to the service. any tips would be appreciated.
They added a lot of security. I don't know if I can fix it.
I have added a proxy options so if you used the proxy it's should work

Delete the folder of renpho plugin then restart the complete home asssitants not just the ui then install then restart the complete home asssitants not just the ui

I used the account used in the application, anche i can access, the application, https://renpho.com/ and https://renpho.eu/
I tried to use https://hass-renpho.vercel.app/docs without proxy

I am getting for your login attemps AuthenticationError("Email was not registered.")
I just tried to install that app ( old version ) on my Android phone, but I cannot access / register.
After login, I'm told to install the new version.

The new app api we are working on it (very hard because encryption), but you try to download previous version of the renpho outdated app

On Renpho app side: if you ever had an email address linked to the outdated app you can connect to both apps (outdated one + new one). If you created a new account with another email address recently, it's redirecting you to the new app (Renpho Health) instead and you cannot access the outdated app, this is what I found today.

On HA side, there's two different error codes depending on which email I use (the one tied to outdated app or the new one created today)
Same result with or without proxy. Tried to follow all bugs threads here and all around. @antoinebou12 I know you're working on integrating the new app which is more secured, but do you have an idea to reestablish the "outdated" connection while this time ?
@Eighht I see what I can do. Have you tried the API https://hass-renpho.vercel.app/docs to see if your account work. I tried to make a better error messages for the new account also.
@Eighht The issue is that I created my account in March, so it's new account type. When I attempted to create another account using the outdated one, the app wouldn't allow it.
