:lady_beetle: Reset selection on new service addition

Currently, when a new service is added to the list, the previously selected service remains active. This behavior can be confusing for users, as they might expect that adding a new service would clear any previous selections.

To improve user experience, we propose modifying the functionality so that the selection is reset whenever a new service is added. This change will ensure that the user interface is more intuitive and prevents any unintended actions caused by the user assuming no service is selected when a new one is added.
