Use data to generate a web site

I'd like to write a script which reads in all the files and uses them to generate a web site with a list of all macros and the values for each platform/compiler/version. Not sure when I'll have time to get to it, though, so if someone else wants to have a go at this please feel free.

Once it's written, I'll set up Travis to automatically regenerate it for each commit and push it out to GitHub Pages or Netlify or something.
