run-tests.sh needs a simple fix

Scripts/run-tests.sh still refers to :AppUnitTests but should instead use :App as the unit tests were moved there. :)

Thanks for giving feedback, I just started a rewrite of this template project. It will be replaced fast by the new branch content. There is already a new test run script.
