Broke on A13

Not working on A13, can select bromite in WebView selection under dev options but bromite wont load and breaks WebView content.

Sorry not detailed report.

@neoblackxt hi, there exists similar problem on my device, my Via browser which use bromise webview alerts "certification error"

Confirmed working with bromite 106 on Android 13. Thanks.

I confirmed also that anywebview.apk works with the update of Bromite v106.0.5249.72 on Android 13(T).
