Extension keeps reinstalling itself

Hi there!
I've tried removing the extension via :CocUninstall coc-prettier, but the next time I close and open neovim, it reinstalls itself. Any ideas what could be causing this or how to stop it?

Can't reproduce, try minimal vimrc.
