RGB value on colour picker

Hi,
I'm recently using this extension and I can say it is very useful.
But now I should convert my old colors from RGB to hex value.
So is it possible to show to each hex value, the corresponding value?
And vice versa, from RGB values get the hex value?

It is possible to show their alternative color codes values. I am working on it. I will try to implement it as soon as possible
