Quick start

Merly is a micro framework for declaring routes and handling requests. Quickly creating web applications in Julia with minimal effort.

Installation

First download and install Julia. 1.5 or higher. To do the installation use any of the following commands:

using Pkg
Pkg.add("Merly")

(@v1.5) pkg> add Merly

This is the simplest application you can do with Merly:

using Merly

@page "/" HTTP.Response(200,"Hello World!")

start(host = "127.0.0.1", port = 8086, verbose = true)

julia server.jl

Browse to http://127.0.0.1:8086 and you should see Hello World! on the page.
