No Kahldun

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Kahldun should be spawned like previous version of your distro but instead it's
not no matter what spawn setting I choose. And I've even compared the
Kahldun.map files of older versions and everything looks the same.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using your RunUO SVN 887 + Rev.96.7z on Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
Please provide any additional information below.

Okay so I found a work around. I copied 'Khaldun.map' into the root
Data/Monsters directory where the 'byhand.map' saves and I typed [spawngen
Khaldun.map in-game and it spawned it. So for now it's all good but I think you
should look into this when you get time. :)

Sorry, but i tested it here with my pack "RunUO SVN 887 + Rev.96.7z" and
Khaldun is correctly spawned in Felucca, because Trammel has no Khaldun.
I cant reproduce this bug. It works for me.
