Report the manufacturer and product name of the modem in a property

The current way I use to see what modem is in use is to run lsusb and look at the VID:PID, but this is really not user friendly. Plus a few modems report themselves as "Android" for some reason.
It would be nice to just be able to look at the VintageNet properties to see what modem is in a device. Perhaps this is two properties - one for the manufacturer and one for the product name? I don't know what's easiest with QMI, so if the manufacturer and product are mashed together in one string, that would work too.
