[EURITO] Cordis is no longer self-consistent

Projects referred from one place in the Cordis schema don't appear in other places of the API. For example:
https://cordis.europa.eu/api/details?lang=en&rcn=230817¶mType=rcn&contenttype=project
throws a 404.
No other thoughts but to introduce an Exception in the case of 404s.
