Move the "Getting Started" link to the actual docs

Currently the frontpage of https://netdaemon.xyz/ allows you to click on "Get Started", but it sends your to https://netdaemon.xyz/docs/get_started/ instead of https://netdaemon.xyz/docs/user/started/get_started/, which means the sidebar isn't visible.

I believe this should be change as such.
