Tourists are losing PAW on Loading game if on EVA

If you save a game with a Tourist on EVA, it loses the PAW buttons on loading the game back

• EVA a Tourist
  • Look the PAW, you will find the "Selfie" button.
• Save the game
• Quit the game to Main Menu
  • Perhaps you need to quit KSP? Check!
• Load the game again.
• "Fly" the EVAing Tourist
  • Look the PAW, the "Selfie' button is not there.
