Just remembered EVA Parachutes & Ejection Seats. Adding support to it too. Adding enhancement to the labels as I know going beyound the original task.

Vanguard Technologies / EVA Parachutes and Ejection Seats were implemented on commit 8b9d0d7 .
Glitch: by some reason, the Tourist's PAW is being redrawn all the time on KSP 1.3.1 - need to check other KSP releases...

EVA Follower was tacked down on commit f4956bd
The PAW flickering mentioned on the last comment is due EVA Follower reseting its events on every Update!

I had split this issue to allow early closing and rushing a release.
