Fix sorting in sidebar putting lowercase folders to the bottom

Description
There is a side-effect that auto-generated collector ordering gets sorted alphabetically, but caps go first and lowercase follow, so macos is to the bottom, some digging is needed to find a fix, but this is not a blocker for integrations on Learn.
