[Bug]: When updating committed nodes on a Business Annual plan displayed total values aren't ok

Bug description

If I try to update my committed nodes on a Business Annual subscription the details I get for the totals and to pay aren't correct.

Expected behavior

The values should match to the committed nodes I submit on the update

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a Business Annual subscription
2. Try to update the committed nodes
