[Bug]: new side bar in Anomaly Advisor hides information

Bug description
The Anomaly Advisor tab used to show both the rates on nodes and individual metrics together in the sidebar (taken from the docs, which are linked from the top of the tab):
In the current version the node selector moved to a filter tab in the side bar, and you can no longer see the anomaly rates for each node:
The metrics only become visible in the side bar when you scroll down far enough on the charts view, or when you click on "Anomalous Metrics":
It seems that when you highlight in the Anomaly Rate chart (the top chart), the interface automatically jumps down so they become visible, but the same doesn't happen when you highlight in the Count of Anomalous Metrics chart (the second chart).
Expected behavior
Seeing the relevant information for this tab is essential for using the advisor.
