[Bug]: Network Bandwidth is displayed in kKibit/s (kilo kibi bit in second) instead of Mibit/s (mebi bit in second)

Bug description

Network Bandwidth is displayed in kKibit/s, this is a hybrid of the [SI] (kilo-) and [IEC] (kibi-) prefix.
It is very unintuitive and awkward to use.

Expected behavior

Network Bandwidth is displayed in Mibit/s

Hi, @ay-git. You are right, there is a bug. Not only with network traffic. I also saw this problem earlier today and reported it to @netdata/cloud-fe.
