Not sending template messages created by me

Hello. I created a template message with Document in header and one parameter in body. For 2 months it works perfectly but since 2 weeks library not sending the template anymore. The classic template created automatically by Facebook is working but mine is not even I didn't receive any erorrs. Any ideas? Thanks!
