[VK-46]: Fix for hiding of ToolBar

Steps to reproduce:
- sign in
- go to messages
- go to friends
- scroll down, observe that toolbar becomes hidden
- go back to messages
- scroll top, to see toolbar
Observe that instead of displaying toolbar user will just trigger refresh from SwipeRefreshLayout.
